Purposes
Data will be used to answer the request, check availability and feasibility, prepare a quotation or personalised proposal, contact the user by email, telephone or WhatsApp where those details are provided, and carry out requested pre-contractual steps.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR: pre-contractual steps taken at the data subject’s request.
Acknowledging this notice is not consent to promotional communications. Marketing activities require separate and optional consent.
Required and optional data
Name and email are necessary to answer the request. Without them, the request may not be processed. Telephone number, company, interest, date, number of guests, requested experience and message are optional.
Users should not include particularly sensitive data that is not necessary for the request.
Recipients
Data may be processed by authorised staff and providers supporting the website, hosting, email and IT services. It may also be disclosed to authorities where required by law.
Data will not be sold or used for third-party advertising.
Retention
Requests that do not become a contract are normally retained for no more than 12 months after the last communication. If a contract is concluded, necessary data and documents are kept for the periods required by civil, tax and accounting law.
Rights
Data subjects may exercise the rights under Articles 15–22 GDPR, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, by emailing info@amalficoastfishingcharter.com.
A complaint may also be lodged with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
