Users should not provide health, judicial or other particularly sensitive data unless strictly necessary and agreed in advance.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Responding to requests: data is processed to answer requests for information, availability, quotations or contact and to take pre-contractual steps requested by the data subject. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Subsequent communications and relationships: when a request develops into a proposal or contract, data is used to prepare and manage the relevant service. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps and performance of a contract.
Legal obligations: data may be processed to comply with administrative, tax, accounting or lawful authority requirements. Legal basis: compliance with a legal obligation.
